Shaman Fire Totem Prob

Well , Im on Deathwing... and w/e i farmed for that mtf ritual torch ( Call of Fire Q ) for like 2 hours in that cave.... NOTHING. and its suposed to be 12x drop rate or whatever... Its not about the fire totem itself , i can lvl to 50 without it and then get a relic but the problem is that i cannot learn otherwise searing totem spell if im not finishing the quest line. PLs HELP

There's only one mob that drops it, the Burning Blade Cultist. Look for him at the end of the cave
