Hand of Morchok VS Morningstar of Heroic Will

Hi guys...in your opinion which is better alternative for No'Kaled? Hand of Morchok or Morningstar of Heroic Will?

HOM is a Strength weapon it's not worth loosing out on that much AP for a bit more Mastery..

Anyway if your gonna donate why gimp yourself and get anything but No'Kalads?

but the Morningstar is dropped from ultraxion no? u can't get it right now without donating
