Hope It will help you guys, When i started to play elemental shaman there was not any guides :P So i triet to make 1 to help anothers.

Im wondering if
Charred Twilight Scale or
Dislodged Foreign Object is better.
The proc of Charred Twilight Scale is much better but according to wowhead CTS has 100 sec icd while DFO has only 45 sec icd.

Well thas not quite correct and accurate.. On ele shammys as in all classes in 4.3.4 you dont use rotation , you usi prio system... that means that when you can use lava burst you go for it... no matter what.. your prio is:
keep flame shock on target<lava brst<ligh bolt

This isn't cor cata, the BiS items clearly illustrate that.

As for DFO vs CTS: you have it wrong way around, DFO has a longer icd than CTS. CTS works out at more SP/Min (although there is an argument that if you line up DFO's bigger proc with other cooldowns, you'll get more dps), but the two are very close.

Sorry it was a typo. I meant Phylactery of the Nameless Lich and not Charred Twilight Scale.
Charred Twilight Scale is best in slot, that for sure.

Im wondering if Phylactery of the Nameless Lich or Dislodged Foreign Object is better.
Both have the same item level, haste should be better than crit but on the other hand Phylactery has the better proc.
Also take into account that Phylactery has 100 sec icd and DFO 45 sec icd.

All in all DFO sounds better to me...

Phylactery has a 100sec icd, which offsets its pretty awesome proc. While technically, the haste from DFO is better, you have to take into account that at BiS gear levels, you will definitely be softcapped and almost hardcapped on haste, reducing the effictiveness of Elemental Mastery and Bloodlust. So, crit gains some value compared to haste. Also, the average SP from Phylactery is slightly higher.

The other problem of DFO is that it takes a while to stack up to a meaningful level (you only really start seeing the difference about 10secs into the proc), while Phylactery gives its full benefit as soon as it procs (the proc chance is also higher).

POTN is useless and is usable only in Deathbringer fight. Replace finger with one from BPC and BQL neck.
Best profs are Engi,JC,Tailoring. Don't include useless ones
