How?

How is it possible to get banned for wintrading with only 192 rating? I have streaming proof of those '2' games.
Before that we played some games in another team which we didnt even reach past 1650 and the teams we played against didnt even get past 1550 - I also have streaming proof of games played
Seems like GM's are not even looking into the case as my team keeps getting the same automated reply.

Same story here. We're just victims of copy-pasting without any dicussion on our bans.

Give streaming proof first.

You shouldn't worry a lot about this, amnesty will come and you will get unbanned eventually if nothing.

These sorts of things can happen (but really rarely) by mistake (really really rarely), only important part is that this is your first offense and you are eligible for unban so you'll be fine.

Moreso the forums are not the place to discuss bans.

If you want to appeal use the ticketing system on the website - there's no discussion here.

That's the main reason we want to discuss ban here. Made appeal already, consulted with few people that got banned way before, we all get the same ridiculous message without ban being discussed at all.

"Due to the nature of this infraction, WE HAVE DECIDED IT'S NOT WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES BEST INTEREST to lift the ban placed on this account at this time."

This is a joke, right? Is this the part where I, as a member get decent explaination why I got banned and discuss about it?

Bringing this out in public and calling out GMs like that will only land you more problems. Bans are not supposed to be discussed like this.

You had your chance to 'discuss' it by sending what was probably a very long ban appeal, once it has been rejected there's nothing else to discuss.
