Well... This is interesting..

I decided to make a Goblin just so that I could download the game files faster.. And well, what I found was.. rather interesting.

Looks like Goblins covered up Deathwings death and tried to hide him on their island..

This was posted few weeks ago. I made a goblin just to check it out as well. Found few of those Deathwings following players around. :D

random goblin: pssst. hey, you. hero!.
hero: yes?
random goblin: looks like you like to look epic and kuul.
hero: yeah!.
random goblin: well, i have just the pet for you. anyone that see it will just have to bow before you and your epicness! and only for 1G!.
hero: really!?? bring it on!

random goblin summons a deathwing. it is SUPER EFFECTIVE.
hero dies. goblin receive epic loot.

Time to roll a goblin BM hunter.

Well as far as I know, he should be appearing in Kezan after a quest but not just spawn there and get ppl in combat bug. xD
