MoP Ele shaman PvP Ally race

We have PTR MoP realm at the moment and which means that sooner or latter we will have stable realm as well.
So, my question is the same as in title: Which race for ele shaman PvP in Ally? And WHY?

Also, if someone write: "fck ele, go for enh pvp!" I would love to know how is that so? Explain :)

Yeah, had the same thought. And I actually like dwarves:)

But I still wonder what is better....ele or enh PvP....both are nice ;/
