it's not worth it, the armor isnt going to help you much, you just need to work on your maelstrom healing management more than anything.
spirit one from healing (or ele) OS will do the trick.
but don't forget about GCD po switch, if you will manage this one properly - great.

Get more hit rating and thus quicker maelstrom wep stacks and GHW yourself up = happy days

Only time i can see that being atleast somewhat helpfull if you manage to swap rso you have the shield when getting stunned by a rouge for example and you have trink, shamanistisk rage and all other helpfull things on cd. but the extra armor would still not do much difference a
