Therezane Rep?

Hello!

I took a break for a bit from playing but jumped back in. I have 3 alts with Therezane rep exhalted but now i cant seem to find the questline to make this possible for a new alt ive made.

Could someone point me in the right direction or clue me in if maybe this questline is broken?
