Elemental shamman questions

Recently i started to gear my elemental spec already got 4set decent trinkets total 395 ilvl(havent raided with it yet)
I'd like to know how this spec on molten are there any critical bugs?
on dummy sustained dps isnt high compared to ilvl the burst is fine the build is Haste>Mastery>Crit
is elemental shamman only good at burst like fury warrior or i am doing something wrong

Rotation i use Flame shock>lava burst>lightning bolts till 7+ stacks on lightning shield>earth shock and repeat keep flameshock up all the time.

Ele is pretty much support class on cata and on every expansion, still it can do decent damage while multi flameshocking with the set bonus which gives you instant lava burst and so on, but still its support-wise damage

Your rotation is fine but you have to get haste to a certain point, search for the haste breakpoints on flameshock , the ones which add extra dot to it, or go haste till you get 1sec lava burst if its possible and then go all the way on mastery
