Molten ID not working

I recently tried to log into my molten account after some time but it refused to let me log in saying that the id did not exist. i tried to retrieve the ID and it said that the id was not registered. even though i checked my email to make sure i was using the right one. when i donated to molten i was assured that my id would be permanent and not deleted. can any moderator please help on this?
