no need to my play style. if you see that rogue cant keep me . cleanse totem will be mana and time lost
Are you kidding me? Do you know why you need to use cleansing totem? To get wound off, jesus christ. That was 1600 max. Probably 1400
You waste mana with cleansing totem? Guess what, you heal 50% more with it, so those lessers are suddenly not lesser anymore.

Furthermore, Cleansing totem costs 350 mana. If that's too much of a waste, I suggest saving 50 mana by casting Cure Toxins instead. You spent a total of probably 30 seconds doing nothing, so the 1.5- GCD of Cleansing Totem shouldn't be too much of a bother to your "playstyle".
Moreover, having Flame Shock active on a target makes your Lava Burst a guaranteed critical strike.
Additionaly, if this indeed is 2.5K rating I will contemplate commiting an hero.
