i still havent found any guild or pug thats willing to let me roll for BLF yet :'D
With BLF or without, still this bad rogue won't do anything special.
My guild only let me roll on it because the only other plate dps who needed it was a ret who stated he only wanted it for pvp so we got equal roll priority. However i doubt ill be using it much once i get gear and go for rating because ive already noticed how much of a pain in the *** it is with cc breaking.

It procs really often, most of the time on one of the first 5 hits
Its got a ~27s internal cooldown. Usually procs on opener but sometimes doesnt.
