hows a multiboxer supposed to gear up?

hows a multiboxer supposed to gear up on mop servers without /follow. for me on retail i wintraded. but on a private sserver i dont want to risk bc its a pain to make all them emails. unless they allow it on mop. but i dont think they will.

so heres what i did on retail i wintraded once got all the tryannical gear on all my guys then sarted doing lfr then once i had lfr i went into flex once i was full flexgear i started doing normals. but since there is no lfr and there is no flex yet all there is. is heroic dungones but since pve gear is decreased in arenas there is no way to do arenas bc we cant get honor gear...

so what is the best way to gear on the private mop servers as a multiboxer

The soul trader used to be available for vote points and it worked.
Now they removed it for some unknown reason from the marketplace :(
