In raid fights i'm constantly going out of mana , what is this about? I played a bit of elemental on 5.4 retail and never ever ran out of mana, i actually gained mana when i casted chain lightning on multiple targets.

Its a matter of gear. The more intellect u have the more mana u will regg with Rolling Thunder.
At some point u will be able to spam chainlightning on two targets and never run oom.
Are you making sure Lightning Shield is up?
Rolling thunder doesn't allow for mana regen without your LS being up.
I had no issues with mana on Stormstout, and remember you have have Thunderstorm, and if your feeling really bad Telluric CUrrents glyph.
There should be no reason your OOMing as a Ele Shaman.
nah it's the formula for shamans it's not correct. Currently i have 1200 base mana regen. instead of 6kish
you can use glyph of telluric (cmiiw im kinda forget lol). it restores amount of mana as you hit enemy with lightning bolt.Quote:
