I've tested in game and seems like feral RIP still bugged, hunt scatter shot bugged, holy wrath makes HoJ 1sec :P and the list goes on

Holy Wrath doesn't stun in PvP. It's more than CLEARLY stated that it stuns only demons and undead. And I highly doubt he's talking from a PvE perspective (where there are no DRs in the first place).Quote:

There are DRs in PvE. Also, Holy Wrath stuns a death knight while under the effect of Lichbourne, which means it can stun in PvP.Quote:

About the PvE - my bad then, I guess. But last time I remember raiding (which was a very long time ago) I would CC the extra mobs that we couldn't afford to pull for minutes... Incapacitates in PvE, for example, had no DR and had like a minute long duration as well.
And about Lichborne, I agree, but that's a really really really special and rare case.
