People don't get assisted about their PvP titles

Alot of people are still trying to get back their PvP Titles. I'm talking about mostly Rank 1 titles and Gladiators. But whenever my friends try to submit a ticket about these titles, this person Smyth doesn't want to assist us.

I remember I had trouble last week with my title, Edifice didn't have any trouble helping me.
My friends are still trying to get back their titles since they didn't know there was a deadline at all. There was no announcement on the main website that people can now submit tickets about titles and they have X days before this will be discontinued.
Also the category option in Support was named "Claim Rank 1 PvP Titles". Many people thought this just included titles: Season Gladiator.
Example: Vicious Gladiator, Wrathful Gladiator, Furious Gladiator etc.
Alot of people got Rank 1 in 2v2 before this incident happened at the end of January, and these people thought there would be a seperate option opened after Seasonal Gladiator titles would be taken care of.

Is there any way to still get assisted even though many people misunderstood all of this about claiming pvp titles?
If people knew, they would submit earlier. But I remember one day that option "Claim Rank 1 PvP Titles" just got disabled in Support and nobody even knew why, people thought they would open up a new option for Regular PvP titles, and that is when General Enquiry got opened and people started submitting there since they thought that option also includes PvP titles since nobody ever mentioned it wouldn't.

An answer from somebody from Staff would be nice, I'm not looking for answers that will blame either the staff or the players. I just want to hear our if we can once again have a time where we can claim our PvP titles. Some of us worked hard for them.

Smyth is a member of the Staff, so you have an answer from someone from the Staff - the person who actually handles Support.

If the Staff decides to discontinue such an important feature from Support where people can have their titles returned to them, there must be a reason and I think after having our characters from several years wiped out like nothing, we deserve to get back on our feet as best as we can. So I want to rather hear out the real reason why we no longer can get assisted since just telling us to back off is not very helpful. Smyth is a Staff member but he gave me an answer that didn't answer my question. He didn't tell me why this got discontinued, I never got the chance to even ask him since he closed the ticket.
So could you Obnoxious answer this threads main question instead of trying to dismiss it?

How can a title get people back on their feet? Yeah I feel you deserve your titles but if it's been discontinued then there is a good reason. (Probably due to rumours that people managed to steal other peoples titles). You earned it once, go earn it again...simple.

It got discontinued because it was a temporary offer.
The reply you included as an image states what there is to be said on the matter, so it's not that I'm dismissing anything, it's you who are ignoring a Staff's reply and hoping someone will contradict him - I'm not going to.

Support for pvp titles is long past over.
