Aspect of the Dragonhawk

So, here is my problem. My aspect of the dragonhawk / simple aspect of the hawk won't provide me any attack power bonus. Tried to respec, tried relog, tried altf4, nothing happens...i will post link towards the screenshots so you can see what i'm talking about, hope somebody can provide some answer...

You need to select the ranged stats, not melee then check the attack power.
