[WOTLK] Icicle Addon

hi, anyone of you have Icicle Addon (cooldown above the enemy nameplate including trinket) for wotlk 3.3.5?

i can't find it anywhere from curse, curseforge, wowace, etc. or i could use similar addon.

Does this version behave oddly for anyone else? Like the cooldown icon doesn't fall off the nameplate when it's finished. Instead, it restarts it, and then when that second one is finished, it just sits there as a static icon.

im having shaman totems littering my screen lol whats up with that?
