I've heard from some players that Swifty is playing on warsong, is that true ?
No. Swifty has close connections with Blizzard, and him being involved with private servers does give him a good look. However he may playing here, but I seriously doubt he will reveal him self here for obvious reason.
Take my answer as a yes or no.
Swifty streams pretty much all of his game play on Twitch so you can see for yourself on his channel. I doubt it for reasons already stated above.
