Slow on Rogues

Hi, I'm here asking to the forum how is it possible that, when i'm against a rogue (as a warrior), when i apply Hamstring or Piercing Howl they (don't know how/name of the spell) use a spell that makes them go faster (similar to sprint, but they can spam that "unknownspelltome" every second REMOVING every slow effect that i have applied before! I cannot keep up running with them! Can someone explain me this ? Thank you

Everything is easy to kill as warrior except hunters and something with a lot of roots, mages/druids. Prolly they beat mages now and every caster due to bugged spell reflect
