Cata frost dk expectation

I love DW frost DK and I'm gearing mine up and I was just wondering what sort of dps to expect. Right now I'm 388 with 2 set t13, hc apparatus and normal eye of unmaking. I'm using 2x Obsidium Cleavers and my dummy dps is anywhere between 25-29k sustained. The one and only time I did madness I had 46k dps at the end ( I had normal apparatus then). I know frost is nowhere near top dps spec, but what sort of numbers should I be expecting once I gear up and get better at the spec? Also, how much hit and expertise? I know the caps (8% and 26), but is it working properly? Finally, HoM or No'Khaleds? Im playing haste frost by the way
