WOTLK - Elemental Precision

Hi,

I'm playing Dranei elemental shaman in pvp. I have 1% chance to hit from racial, 2% from talent elemental precision, and 3% from gear. And what is funny, is that i miss people... I mean what the heck? Racial and elemental precision are broken ??? When i head 5% hit from gear i never missed anyone, now when i try to compensate hit loss from gear with talents and racial, i miss...

Anyone had any similar problem ?

I think I've noticed this too, blood elves has 2% spell resist so you need 6% hit but i feel like I've missed some other players
