Hello, i have made instant lvl 90 few months ago when it was free. I have Season 12 set, but i miss neck, fingers, waist, wrist... Any ideas where i can get them?

There is a 408 vendor in Longying Outpost, and there are 450 ilvl craftables on the AH. if you have more gold, go for the craftables. Otherwise get the 408s and quest for the 450s.
