About Item Upgrade

Ok, seriously what's going on with Item upgrade? last week I spent 1500 valor points to upgrade my tank gear. 1500 valor points = 6 upgrade lvls, right? ok, lets continue. In the past few days often when I look at my gear I see that the upgrades are gone and it doesn't even show that there is a possibility for upgrade. I understood that reloging fixes the problem but today I saw my gear again, and 2 upgrades were just gone. My helmet was 1/2 upgrades and today it had 0/2 so did my legplates. So pls can anyone explain to me what's up with the item upgrade?

visual bug. the upgrades are there but something is wrong and doesnt show up properly. but worry not everything is on its place if you relog few times it will show up

It doesn't. I relogged a thousand times but these 2 upgrades are still missing. I hope I am the one mistaken here and I maybe didn't upgraded these two items but that is almost not possible.

Relogged a thousand more times today. Problem still here :D Anyway, thanks for the answer and the help :))

try taking the item off, placing it in your bags, and then relogging.

Clear cache as well while at it.
