Only thing you can do is to check all achievements, and eventually link them in guild chat with question "is this working?". Or just ask if X title is working.
There is no file/page who describes obtainable titles.

You cant get argent tournament ones, cuz quest leading to those is bugged atm. I would add the seeker title, which works too.Quote:

You'll need to check what is working and what's not. Psycho gave ALMOST all(if not all) you can get for the MoP expansion.
About 2 or 3 days ago i saw someone with the Argent Champion title, so i guess that one is also obtainable.
hard to get insane cuz darkmoon rep is hard to grind takes to much time :/
