PVP gear with some PVE parts

Hey fellow hunters. I am trying to build optimized PVP gear. So far I cannot afford full PVP gear yet, but I already have everything except legs, chest, trinkets and weapons.

Also I have full heroic Dragon Soul gear, only waist and wrists are normal. Also I have Ragnaros Matrix and Wrath of Unchaining trinkets as well as heroic weapons from Deathwing.

I would like to see some suggestions which PVE parts to keep for PVP. And let's build optimized PVP gear.

So far my thoughts are to keep weapons, chest and legs from PVE. Any other suggestions?

weapon: vishanka heroic
2H: PVP 410 or 397
why vishanka H? highest dps
why not 416 polearm?
use it if u want to, but it is an very obvious buff... cc incoming more likely when u gettin big... and less resilence...

shoulder: t13 heroic
legs: t13 heroic
why? all this in comb:
best stat exchange compared to head and chest t13H
keepin xtra bonus from pvp gloves
less resilence loss (shoulder vs. head/chest)
e.g. MM --> after one cobra u'll have enuff fokus 4 every ability again (one of it :)

gem as much resilence as possible (50 resilence (yellow gems); 25 agi/25 resi 4 the red ones) optional just 50 resi in pve gear

Trinkets:
on use agi trinket and random agi trinket if human...
remeber: u can do a macro with feign death and trinket swap but i don't remeber which swap was "useful"

wrath of unchaining: i don't like it in arenas, cause you'll get "los"ed all the time so it's useless... means difficult to stack / keep the buff up... maybe in bg, but think about the loss of resilence... the ratio between dmg done and dmg taken is drifting apart
i mean i xped three types of rbg:

1. u'll get raped again and again...
2. u porn and camp...
3. u porn and win/lose was very close (rare)

at least it's a good compromise with those 3 pve and rest pvp pieces... for "normal" players and

of course it can differ... imagine a bg where u have just weak enemies... in that case u don't care about resilence and would love to play with pve trinkets e.g. vial of shadows....
