Accounts recovery

I stopped playing WOW for 1.5 years now and i did know what happen to molten but when i try to restore my moltens' chars i cant...is there another way to restore them giving that all i know is user name/Pass/Email (but can't log this email because i forgot it's pass) so any hope to restore my chars or i have to start over?

You can't restore ur chars, only points and coins which you should already have when you recover ur account.
If you haven't recovered it yet, make a ticket with the info.
