Misbought item

Hi,

I bought a lightning rod with 28 coins after following one of the guide's that said that was the BiS. After i checked again, I realised the BiS was the Staff which costed 32 coins. Could anyone please help me? Its my first day back on this server after the molten wipe. I've already opened a ticket in game. It would suck sooooooooo badly to be unable to get that BiS. Thanks in advance for any help I can get. Thank you.
