Bought the wrong item - looking for guidance.
How to I escalate this.
Hello,
I was on the site and accidentally purchased an item that I did not want.
"Item Grievous Gladiator's Staff 24 coins Frostwolf June 11, 2015 at 13:02"
I was scrolling down the page and the mouse hit the "purchase" button.
There is no confirmation of purchase so I could not "reject" it.
The item is in my backpack and has not been equipped - I made the purchase today " June 11, 2015 at 13:02".
How can I submit a request to correct this.
I have opened a ticket in game to ask the same thing but I cannot stay logged in all day waiting for a GM and I thought there was only a 24 hour "report" time to get this addressed.
If anyone has some help I would love to hear it.
