Account problem pls help!

A friend of mine used to play on molten - wow many years agoo and now when he wanted to revive his account using his email adress "[email protected]" it says that the mail doesnt exist and then he goes into the creation tab to create the new account and he types in his email adress the same one and the mesage that the mail freemind4eva@gmailcom is allready in use. Any suggestions ? He was a donator on molten-wow and now he wants to start playing again on this server. I dont know if it merged or whatnot but i see the same names of servers here.. His toons was on Neltharion.

I don't think he can get his account back... efter all the problems that Warmane had (account wipes) and after everything was under control, every player could get his acc back via the database. They posted a time untill you can get your account back and now i think that time expired long time ago (2-3 months)

That's false, only the recovey page got dismissed you can still recover ur account whenever you come back.
@tenkomat tell your friend to make a ticket with his account details and a GM will recover his account.

Its me, i created a new google mail and new account wanting to contact someone if influence here but i guess i dont have anything but to start all over again. And i had 2 accounts fully loaded with chars back on Neltharion. It would be so nice if i can get those back. OR just the coins and vote coins i had. DAMN! :(

My accounts are hatecrew and hatecrewbir but i dont think i used my google account.. i had a hotmail i think i used but if i get a personal message from a game master or mod i will tell them my informacions.
