Account Termination - Fraudulent Payments

I bought $20 USD worth of coins and used them to purchase a character level-up instant 90. While i was playing on the character, I was kicked off of the server. I went to the Warmane website and a message popped up and said "Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments." I have made payments before, on a different card, but this has never happened. I haven't made any "fraudulent" payments and I have the emails to prove my payments and i am willing to comply with anything to get my account back! :(

This problem is same as mine now. "Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments." I donated 20$ and they automatically ban me. I already made a ticket with 7 hours waiting. I really want to play. All I want now is to un-ban my account. :(

only thing you can do is go to https://www.warmane.com/account/support and make a ticket, you'll likely need proof of your donation being processed. that's assuming the issue is on warmanes end, but they can tell you that when they reply to your ticket.

You can go to the donation page and click on 'help'. This is something you will have to deal with paymentwall.

Make a ticket.

Turn around time lately on tickets is up to 24 hours, there is a higher than usual volume.

i just got banned too, Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments donated 30$ - banned i donated before 3 times

Like for the other case, open a Support ticket on the My Account section.
That account termination is automated when Paysafewall flags a donation as a fraud, and they seem to have a very sensitive system for that.

okay so i got answer after 19 hours ....The money has been returned to the cardholder.

As the payment has been flagged as suspicious / fraud, we are only able to remove the payment from your account and subsequently the coins (remove items if you don't have enough coins to be removed) then your account can be unbanned.

Please confirm whether you want this to happen or not.

i said that i want that, i want my account unbanned.. and now im waiting again, probably till tomorrow to get my account back.. Donate and get ur acc banned seriously -_-

No, it's not getting banned for donating...
Paysafewall is very sensitive as I said, but it takes you doing something to trigger it still. Those automated fraud checks screen transactions for unusual patterns that match those often used in frauds. Making many small transactions in a row or using different methods to do the same thing (like different credit cards) can be examples of causes.

Yeah thats probably because i used 2 different cards. What to do if i will get banned again for that? send ticket and wait 1-2 days again for unban?...

Ideally I'd say to use the same card. If you can't avoid it, I'd contact Paysafewall to see what procedure you can do to avoid it, since the ban is just a result from them flagging one of your donations as a fraud - the part you want to avoid is them flagging you like that.

I encountered the same problem yesterday, on my end AMEX filtered paymentwall as untrustworthy. Wrote now an Inquiry to paymentwall and talked with AMEX so they will forward the payment. I really hope the staff will look into my ticket very soon. Its really a pain dealing with this D:
