Character Transfer

I'm french, and excuse me for my English.
I wanted to know if you intend to create a character transfer between different extension kingdoms:

- Wotlk to Cata
- Cata to Mop
- Mop to Wod

There have been forum threads about that and such feature might be available in future but doesn't seem like it's coming anytime soon.

There are no estimated date ?
