I heard that they've already been lowered on the WotLK realms. Is this true? I haven't seen an announcement anywhere and wouldn't even know that the reductions were in talks if I hadn't been following a certain thread pretty closely.

After logging in, it looks like I heard wrong that it had already been implemented. /clap
Plans to lower experience and other rates were cancelled at least for now. But Lordaeron will be released soon with x1 experience rate.
