Faction change

Hello,
I'm a WoW:MoP player on Frostwolf, I would like to change my faction to horde.
I have enough points to switch but I have no clue what will happen to my character if I do so.
Will I lose my arena rating, my mails, my auction house items, guild and such? Please redirect me to a page where I can find in-dept topic about faction change on MoP on Warmane or answer below.

It's only logical that you will be removed from arena team and guild since they will be on opposite faction. And I would suggest removing items from auction house before faction change. I don't know about mails but on wotlk they did not disappear after faction change.
