No you can't.
I don't think you can, it was a PTR aka Public Test Realm and Warmane has made known since the start that no characters would be kept after the life-time of that realm. So... All I can do is wish that you enjoy your last days there till the moment to rebirth comes.
It wouldn't be much of a wipe if people could "save" their characters now, would it?
Btw. Do you know when this wipe will be?
