Addons suddenly stop working?

Hello,

My Recount and TellMeWhen addons suddenly stop working and cant be loaded. There is no message that showes what could be the problem. Also, I tried to instal Skada as a replasment for Recount, but nothing.
Is there anyone who can tell me what could be wrong?
