On expiry of coins and points.

My accounts says that in a few days time my coins and points will all expire. Is this true for ALL coins and points? or do each point have their own timer? When I add points now, will they also be wiped after the first coins time out? Or are they removed progressively?

If the first option would be true: Why???

If the second option would be true: Could you change the wording of the remember to list the accurate number of coins and points that will expire? And could you provide an oerview of points and when they will expire? Something like the full list of items and transactions you have done so far with your account.

The amount of coins and points that will be expire is informed in the message about the expiration. Any coins or point you have beyond that amount won't be reset. It's not something progressive, it will happen once, at the specified date. If you get more coins they won't be included on that, but if you get more points they will, since their state will be reset to what it was back in December.

So I will be doing some shopping before that time. Thanks for the answer.
