If I do remember it correctly you were able to create a character on AT at level 90's
Is there an availability for Warmane aswell or do you have to level a character all up by yourself?
I don't expect any fast responds, just want some clarity about all this.

That's valid only for Tournament servers, and there's none on that expansion.
Can you recommend me a Tournament server?
That depends on your expansion preference. We have Blackrock on Wrath of the Lich King and Warsong on Cataclysm.
Regarding a recommendation between those two, you might be better off asking players. I have no liking for PvP, so I wouldn't be able to give an informed opinion.
