You have to do the chain quests to get out of there... You aren't stuck :p, you really just need to do the chain quests to get out, I don't think the summons work to get you out...

Here, you have a website, so you guide yourself through them... When I was there, I don't think any quest was bugged, honestly, but it's been some time, I can be wrong.

I can't get out Kezan . My last quest name is Life Savings and i can't get on the boat what can i do help me pls
Go back to the questgiver and talk to her, she'll give you an option to be escorted to the ship which will allow you to board it and hand in the quest.Quote:
