Started fresh on warmane just recently.
It does work, however due to the sheer amount of duns that are locked out since they are not scripted, it gets very repetitive and boring.
Also there will be level brackets where you are locked out entirely from the RDF since nothing is open at that lvl band.
Ideal thing to do would be to sit in Queue and just Quest while you're at it.
