Is Ahn'Qiraj scripted on wotlk realms?
It should be open, I'm not sure if it has any major bugs though.
It's completable. But you have to skip Twin Emps because you will never beat it with a PUG group. It still takes skill to beat at 6800 GS.
Temple of Ahn'Qiraj is douable, just get a little stronger group (around 5k+) and skip all until last boss, then just nuke him with everything, and hope you kill him until he casts eye beam and kill you all lol.
Now if you're talking about Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, I dunno about that one, never tried it.
Both AQ20 and AQ40 work , you can easily solo AQ20 as hunters, druids, palas, dks, but you will need a dedicated group for AQ40 though.. once tried duoing it with 6.2k ret and 5.9k blood dk but failed on first boss xD.

We never cleared C'thun as we never got to it due to the Molten Hijack.
Again I remember having cleared AQ40 completely with a handful of 80s years ago, so yes it's doable. Take into account that just because it's a level 60 dungeon you can't just blindly smash your abilities or you will die. (Especially against C'thun.)
Killed all bosses as arms war, balance druid, and disc, had to go prot for huhu make sure to keep up abolish poison, and had to skip twins cuz they seem to always run back toward each other no matter what, cthun has a few bugs but you can kill him
