I have the Battered Hilt but its for horde races only.... is there anything i can do with that?
Other than changing factions to be able to use it, I don't know.
Try to sell it on the auction house in Tanaris so horde players can buy it too and with the gold buy one for your faction or put it up for coins on the marketplace/trade.
