this a good addon, i tested it.. but its outdated.. sometimes 1 proc will go off notifying me while some dont =[

is there any other alternatives like this?

It reminded me of Power Auras, which is an addon that you can set up to show spells, buff and debuffs and its durations and/or stacks on your screen
