Is creating a char locked?

I'm super hyped for the realm so i tried to make a character to test it out but it keeps giving me errors.

Most likely a client error. Try exiting the game and launching it again.

I've restarted it multiple times it's been happening since i downloaded the client yesterday.

I've noticed the same thing, only happens with specific races. Draenei are working though.

Didn't bother making another thread and was hoping if anyone could clarify my suspicion. It feels like the xp rate here is even lower then retail, just wondering cause I tried few leveling addons for the heck of it and it feels like I can't seem to keep up with the xp, not that I can't level with the current xp rate or without the addon, purely curiosity.

Some of the hair models do not work. Try a different style!
