Marketplace Items Nerfed?

There was a day a few days ago where the points items were actually good. The 165 point 2h Sword did up to 20k damage if I remember correctly, mightve been a bit lower. Now every single item in the marketplace is absolute crap, the same sword is now down to 8k damage max. What is this? I was saving up for a bunch of this stuff in the Marketplace and now it's all nerfed. Is it just a bug and it'll be better in-game or what? I don't want to spend my points on something useless

There is no such thing as nerfing marketplace items. If damage has changed it means some damage formulas have been changed and it should work the same way with all items.
