Yo, on AT i had ~100 deleted characters, now they've been lost, they don't appear in the characters restoration list...
And...u didn't give us the opportunity to backup them before u migrate with that server, just saying.

The forum largely is intended for the community to communicate with each other. Communication with the staff is intended to a much lesser extent. While we do reply when we feel it is necessary, we don't always see everything posted immediately (especially as individuals). Which means that communication with the community members directly is most common in specific sections of the forum (Latest News for ex.).
