Recover an account

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if it possible to recover an old account ( Created 1 year ago)

I still know my email for the account and its only about half a year i stopped being active on it.

When i put in the Email address for the account it says that the information does not match any account.
Although when i sign into my email and find the verification email to my old account its the same email address

can you do another method? If not try to make another account and make a ticket to recover the account. Smyth helped my friend sereneblade recover his account when he forgot his email
