I just started to play again and realized that the two realms were merged together. I've managed to transfer all of my toons, but I have 3 toons that are below level 20 with BoA on them. Is there anything I can do to get my BoA?

Level them up to 20, no need to be lazy about it. It shouldn't take too long with BoAs
The server was supposed to be closed by now, if so, he cannot level his characters and may need to make a ticket.
