Bug fixes that cause new bugs

Hello Warmane. Thanks for repairing bugs and this new bugtracker is rly nice. I see downvote button has no effects anymore. I wanted to ask something else. When you repair particular bug, and that action cause a new bug about same spell or talent, (like Mage 2p t10 bonus) shouldn't that new bug be hotfixed instead of people making new reports and voting it from the start. Do we need a whole new procedure to fix something that worked like few hours before? And not to mention people made like 5-6 reports about mentioned. I don't mean to bash on devs just to ask if this can be changed? Thanks.

If a new bug appeared in a recent update, you can report it at the update feedback thread, or open a bug report and make it clear the bug appeared at the update.
