Hello! Please check your connection: clear DNS cache, restart router, add WoW.exe to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions.
I have the same problem, I've tried clearing DNS cache, restated my router, I've added wow.exe to my firewall and anti-virus exception. But I still get disconnected. It takes a bit longer for me to get disconnected, but it's only 3 minutes or so. What else can I do to prevent it from happening? I've played wow for a couple of weeks and that problem never occured before.
